We understand that sometimes plans change. You can cancel your order under the following conditions:
1. Before Dispatch:
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it or before the item is dispatched — whichever comes first. To cancel, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email.
2. After Dispatch:
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. As our products are edible and sensitive to storage, returns are not possible unless there is a product issue.
3. Cancellation by Us:
In rare cases, we may cancel your order due to stock issues or delivery unavailability. In such instances, a full refund will be initiated within 3–7 business days.
